Our Journey

The journey of Kingdom Nonprofit Solutions began in the San Francisco Bay Area where the needs of the communities at large were being met by many nonprofit organizations.

Many Christian organizations needed assistance in the formation of their charitable nonprofit corporations. There is still a need for this assistance. We have now expanded and offer our services to other geographical locations.

What became very apparent was the need for training on not only formation of corporations. but, the need to educate them on compliance requirements. The core of the corporation must be the building of the infrastructure to fulfill the purpose and mission of the organization.

This twenty-year journey has afforded us the opportunity to assist in establishing infrastructures for kingdom nonprofits to be trained and equipped to be wise stewards over these areas of compliance as nonprofits.
